Each visitor registered for the RTTN Jobs Expo will have a chance to enter into a raffle onsite.
PRIZES
There are five (05) prizes available. Prize is as awarded. No cash value. No substitutions available.
HOW TO ENTER
Each registered visitor will be provided with ballots for the Prize Draws. Visitors will be required to deliver their completed ballots to the appropriate draw drum at the RTTN Jobs Expo during the trade show, which takes place November 19, 2022. All ballots must be deposited in the appropriate draw drum on or before November 19, 2022 by 4:30 pm EST to be accepted for the Draw. All entries submitted become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. There will be multiple draws throughout the day.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible to win a prize in the contest, you must be a legal resident of Canada over the age of majority in the province or territory in which you reside as of January 1, 2022. To be eligible to win, you must attend the RTTN Jobs Expo in person on November 19, 2022. You are not eligible if, during the Contest Period you are (or you live with) an employee, representative, or agent of the Sponsor or any of its affiliates, licensees or the Recruitment and Resources Expo.
THE DRAWING and WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE AWARDS
The winner(s) of the Prize Draws will be determined by random draw from the ballot boxes at 4:30 pm EST on November 19, 2022. If winner is not onsite to claim prize, winner(s) will be notified by phone or email. Any prize not accepted by the winner(s) by December 30, 2022 16:59:00 EST the prize will be forfeited.

Entry into this contest constitutes an entrant’s acceptance of these Contest Rules. All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding on all entrants. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal Laws.
In the event that, due to a printing production or technical error, more than the advertised number of prizes is claimed, there will be a random draw conducted from all eligible prize claimants to award the correct number of prizes after the prize claim deadline. The Sponsor shall not bear any liability for (a) print or typographical errors in any Contest-related materials, (b) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, faulty, incomplete, or misdirected entries, (c) Website failure or technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet), (d) the loss, theft or misuse of a prize, (e) incorrect or unusable entries due to printing or other errors related to the event registration system, or (e) any property damage, personal injury or misfortune in any way attributable to this contest or the prize including injury or damage to any telephone network or lines, on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software or resulting from downloading any material from the Contest Website.
No correspondence will be entered into except with a selected entrant who qualifies to win a prize. By entering, the winners grant the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, email address, comments and/or likeness, without further compensation, in any advertising or publicity. All entries become the property of the Sponsor who assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Website during the Contest Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. The Sponsor reserves the right; in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the entries into this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are incomplete, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way.
Entries obtained through fraudulent means or through an abuse of the Contest or in any way tampered with, forged, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or mechanically reproduced may, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, may be disqualified.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value, without notice. The Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify this contest for any reason including in the event of a virus, bug or any other cause of any nature beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor corrupts the security or proper administration of the contest.
By entering this Contest, entrants give consent to the Sponsor, its promotional agencies and the participating prize sponsors to store and use the personal information submitted during registration for the purpose of administering the contest.
